Manager Aitor Karanka is keen to add some more attacking and creative talent to his squad to ensure his side cement their place in the Premier League this season.
It has been claimed a bid has been lodged for Scotland international Snodgrass, who is also attracting interest from West Ham United, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion.
Hull's star man, who leads the club's goalscoring charts with seven, has been in sensational form this term and it is firmly believed he will leave the KCOM before the end of the month.
Karanka is also said to be readying an offer for unsettled Stoke forward Bojan, who has only made nine Premier League appearances under boss Mark Hughes this campaign.
The former Spain international is believed to be in favour of a move away from the Bet365 Stadium to earn more regular playing time, and the Riverside is a destination where this could happen.
Bojan is valued at around £8million, although the Potters may be willing to accept an offer around the £6m mark.
