As said, there is a deliberate Far East focus at Betinternet which means that Asian Handicaps are particularly well catered for, having a dedicated tab. Betinternet offer 24/7 live chat but in testing the operatives were among the least helpful we encountered. They replied promptly but were a little curt, often referring me to the main website, which is not particularly constructive. The system allows you to email or print the transcript which is a nice touch, but service is about people, and the ones we encountered at this bookie did not impress.

Having said that, calls and emails were answered without incident and more complex issues were handled well.
